Car Ads

I have found that old car ads are some of the best ones out there. I have found, in my opinion, that the best ones are from the 1940's to the late 1950's. The ads from the 40's are particularly nice. In addition to this, I have just added a new page of cars to my main site, Retro Ads and Graphics.

This series of ads for Nash are really great. I think these are from the 1940s.

This 1952 Oldsmobile Rocket is another favorite. This ad is from a large format magazine and is in mint shape.

Here is a trio of Chevys from 1957.

Here are a few beautiful ads for 21940s Fords and a 1950s model.

Hudson was a well-known brand. I thought I had more Hudson ads. I will have to seach around for them. Here is one from 1956.

Here are a few 1950s era Pontiac ads.

I do not want to forget about Dodge. I do not have many old ones so a few from the 1960s are here, including the legendary 1969 Dodge Charger.

When I bought my computer I did not know about the graphics card, however I saw a blog like this in a webside and it contained information, how to use and how install the graphic card. Similar to this, I think costa rica investment opportunities introduce great ideas how you can do the best investment. This is very interesting!!!

I think that it is nice that they compare with a rocket. In those times rockets were quite famous. They think of it like the best thing ever.

Fashion aside, old cars really look cooler than today's cars specially the top down ones. I also prefer the engine sound of the vintage, they sound more masculine.

It kind of makes you wish that car companies would do more illustrations for advertising. The current stock is nice; they're pretty slick and do a good job at showing how the cars move, but the medium of illustration has their own unique charm. In the end, perhaps they're like the classic cars they represent in that respect...

I have a knack for retro car ads. They're unlike any other type of ads you can see around. They're timeless pieces. The Dodge ads are the coolest, right?
